Sorry about your disappointment!  To be honest, I never saw a tomatoe plant like that. Are you sure someone didn't decieve you? Maybe different kind of tomatoe plant in Aussie-land?

Here is what I have growing this year like crazy: https://www.almanac.com/plant/tomatoes

Also....tomatoe plants need to be staked up when they get to production size, otherwise they flop all over the ground. My mother used to use our backyard chain-link fence and they would grow all over it. She made the deal with the next-door neighbor that they could have the tomatoes on their side of the fence and we had those on our side!

Tomatoes also need a lot of water, and a good organic fertilizer goes a long way.

That's a WEED! :)

On second thought....you might want to compare the leaves on your "weed" with this:  https://pixabay.com/images/search/cannabis%20leaf/

I think someone slipped you something he thought you were really asking for!

As a Hippie in the 1960s and 70s. I lived in Chelsea (London) just by Sloan Square.

I became (with my flatmates) a connoisseur of different varieties of Marijuana, from all over the world. Top of the Pops - as it were, was the Temple Balls from Nepal, bottom was Moroccan, which we regarded as only just good enough, as a spice, for cooking.

However I recently tried some locally produced Skunk - What a let down - It's the 'smokers' version of Buckie (Buckfast Tonic Wine) - Rough, crude and far too strong to be a pleasant smoke.

I'm sure that none of my community would have given it the time of day.

Far too strong?  Don't smoke so much and it will be better for your lungs and with the added benefit that you won't get too high.

One of our more popular purchases, which might have been familiar to you, as it came from your neck of the woods, in the early 1970's - ZP

From California, our Dealer occasionally managed to source some organic liquid THC, which we diluted with Polish Pure Spirit, and then injected it into "Black Russian Cigarettes" made by Sobrani. Very expensive smokes, made with Turkish tobacco, rolled in mat black paper with gold covered filters.

Very cool when your Clubbing, and difficult to detect.

They also did ones for girls, in light party colours, pink, green, yellow and blue, with silver filters. Unfortunately, if we overdid the THC on those, it left a brown stain on the pale coloured paper, which was not cool.

I am far from a connoisseur.  To me THC is THC, just some stronger than the other.  I am baffled when I look at all the descriptions of the various highs at sites like "I like to grow marijuana".  Back in the 1970's my neck of the woods was the east coast.  Now here in California it is legal which makes it more relaxing, it only took a half century.

I have a huge forest behind my house full of "tomato" plants that don't produce tomato's. Like thousands of plants. Its not something I've ever been in to, but its funny how certain laws affect them, and they are everywhere naturally. Speaking of Tomato plants. I saw some video on youtube called "Tomato Trees". Some guy built a trellis system and has like 12 foot tall tomato plants producing like crazy.
