On Mx-21.3 mx-linux supported 2 Init systems. Te default is sysvinit the default and the other is SystemD. I have found that while running the default sysvinit system the process for systemD are running. since the two Init systems are very much identical why would mxlinux support another Init ?/

If that was true then MX-linux should not allow an option to use systemD in the Grub and only sysvinit. Debian for example does only provides systemD by default and no other Init system
