Hello to all,

Computer > Dell 7050: W10.

I need to send a Screenshot of a window on my computer, to a company.

The Screenshot is in my Pictures Folder.

When I open the Screenshot, compose a message and click ‘Send’, I get, ‘The link can’t be sent because at least one recipient isn’t valid’. I do not know what that means.

Please see a photo attached

I have read the following (from Bleeping Computer). Photobucket is a free service that allows you to upload and share images on your computer so that other people on the internet can view them.

I only need to send info to one company, so I do not understand, ‘other people can view’.

Thank you.

It sounds like an invalid email address format for a recipient. Make sure the addressee is in a valid format (ie, xxx@yyy.com, etc). If you post the address to which you are trying to send it, that will be helpful.

There is an article on Attaching Files to Posts On BleepingComputer.

Good luck! :)

Jaq, because you only intend to send to one recipient, then as a workaround, abandon trying to use the newfangled "share" feature for your picture and instead simply compose a regular email in your normal email app then attach the file.
