Those are registration marks for colour separations on a colour printer or an imagesetter.
See if you can find that setting somewhere in the print dialog box. It could also be in the Printer Properties somewhere for that specific printer.
You didn't post a screenshot of your Print dialog box. I suggest you post that, as well as a screenshot of your printer properties.
If all else fails, and you're unable to turn off the registration marks function, you could try making sure that output is set to grayscale rather than colour.
It's also possible that the registration marks are embedded within the body of the actual document. If so, you'd need to remove them using a program that can edit/remove them.
