Verizon/aol and thunderbird

I have three verizon / aol email address on Thunderbird for years with no issues until recently

(

Now one of the three email address  will not update  on thunderbird  on my new (Windows 11) pc

 

No setting parameters has changed

 

The  Thunderbird error is DELE command did not succeed for

 

This error  occurs only for one of the 3 emails

 

I still get emails on Iphone and my old windows 10 PC

 

A internet search has not yielded a solution that i understand

 

I would appreciate any you can provide to solve this problem
