Hi all,

I am looking for web-services, preferably free ones, that would allow me

1) Dispatch emails to known addresses to invite participants to complete a questionnaire

2) Design questionnaire by arranging checkboxes and fields for multiple questions, so that every participant could log in with own credentials and fill out all the boxes

3) the results of questionnaire completion for N people must be aggregated and be available for viewing by organiser in the form of report with votes distribution

Your links are most welcome

It sounds to me like you're looking for software/sites to do surveys. Does that sound about right? If so, I believe there are quite a few companies who offer at least something roughly similar to what you've described.

Thanks, Shplad. You got me right. I'd appreciate any links to web services that help to conduct surveys.

SurveyMonkey is the only site I know.

https://www.surveymonkey.com/

But now that you have the right terms, Google will probably find you what you need. Sorry, I don't know more.

Thanks, Shplad. Really appreciate your response, although the list of alternatives has turned out to be rather scant. Apart from SurveyMonkey and Google Forms no other solutions have been proposed neither here, nor on some other Russian forum. To my greatest surprise, because I somehow assumed that there'd be more to name. Never mind.
