Force stop or disable app

I don't like some apps so I do "force stop" and "diable". Did it effect phone performance?

Than it depends of if the apps in question are preinstalled apps that were already on your phone when you got it, or apps you've installed previously. Preinstalled apps have system-level restrictions so you cannot readily just Uninstall them, at best you just have to make do with Disabling them. But some preinstalled apps are vital to the operating system cannot be even Disabled. (... with an added insult being some Google services that aren't necessary are also protected from being Disabled because of Google being Google.) Apps you added can of course just be Uninstalled.

Disabling an app does prevent it from using any active system resources so yeah, that frees up some otherwise wasted performance. You can Disable an app on a permanent basis, or use it to just temporarily stop an app from working. Enable the app later when needed or convenient.

It seems to me that don't stop all building apps.

Since you have identified the App as not like it, I suspect the App will not affect you, apps like Samsung Pay Framework or Quick share which can not e removed hence why you disabled the app.

However you should be aware some apps cannot be disabled and even if you disable the app it could reactivate after a specific period of time or start back up when the phone is powered off/on.

When you disable the app than you cant use that app on the other hand if you choose force stop option just to stops the apps from running, you can access and use that app later.
