Youtube to MP3 conversion

Hi everyone - 

I'm not sure this is the correct forum area but here goes. Does anyone know if there is a half decent converter to go from a link off of you tube to MP3. I am not using this to pirate music, I listen to a lot of sermons from people who do not post on traditional sermon sites like sermon audio for instance. I prefer to copy the youtube link into a converter so that I can listen to these talks offline. Lately I've been finding that the site I use YouTube2MP3 has been unreliable. It seems to me that youtube is probably decimating it, any suggestions much appreciated..

Yes, I came across that one yesterday. I last used it on a linux platform several years ago and thought it was defunct. Anyway, did the download, it works awesome. Do you know what they charge for the turbo charged version?

Haven't a clue as to what the cost would be for the turbo version....the free version has served me well & I haven't needed more.

Youtube is in general VIDEO server, the audio is not their priority.So it's very stupid to covert from poor AAC to poorest MP3.I would try to find that to download in FLAC or 320kb/s MP3.

I have an older version of Format Factory and it is fast and dependable. Unfortunately, there is some indication that lately FF has been loading adware and foistware into their downloads, so be careful. The older versions are safe.
