noticed this few weeks ago, video i record from tv dvr started lookin weird on my pc.
watching on tv played from dvr it looks fine, but once on pc, 720 res looks fine, but 1080 just looks off.

here is a weird thing, i had videos on pc from months back that i never fully watched.
i know those looked fine back then, they now do same thing.
other 1080 videos from youtube or whatever look fine.

also around same time, i wanted to use joyoshare to do some edits and make
gif file stuff or save clips that looked funny for later use.
i updated joyoshare, then it would not screen capture price is right or lets make deal
from website, it did beforre. now it does not recognize the recorded content it once did before
update.

should uninstall reinstall joyoshare?
would like to post screen shots of videos to show details, i forgot how to load images here.

almost 2am here will check back mid day, thank u for your time.

There is an article on How to Screenshot on Windows 10.

There is also an article on Attaching Files to Posts On BleepingComputer.

Good luck! :)

There is an article on the Bleeping Computer Forums That Allow Attachments, but this Audio and Video forum DOES support attachments.

However, it is okay that you rather choose to post your screenshots to an online image-sharing website that allows embedding, such as ImgBB.

FWIW, I would really like to apologize for the late reply, but I looked through your Piriform Speccy report and did NOT find any significant errors.

As such, as you already mentioned, I would recommend that you uninstall and reinstall Joyoshare, but I am NOT an expert in Audio and Video issues.

There is a search result on How do I fix that TV video in 1080p looks weird in playback on a Windows 10 desktop computer, but 720p looks fine?

Good luck! :)

Hi, am I missing something regarding a TV hooked up as I only see a Monitor : HP X24ih

Do your have the LCD Monitor Driver : 1.0.0.0 Rev.A    May 13, 2020 Installed ?

Not a HP fan so not sure if this : HP Support Assistant is for the monitor or the system or both.

Choose Win10 and Win10 x64   https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-x24ih-gaming-monitor/35900383

It looks like you have a Screenshots of the TV colour screen.  So ya should be able to adjust by remote control.   If is a LG TV a Update released yesterday if is WebOS.

Any reason not updated BIOS from : R02-A3  Date: 5/26/2017     to : R02-B2   Date  2018/07/12  numbers are sorta ... backwards.. dates though.

I would think this is solved.  There was a Update for Browsers and think it was in MS Update as well that caused issues.

Was on the front page of BC a while ok.     Forgot about that.
