DAV Format

Hi Guys

I downloaded videos from my home security cameras in Dav format, but I'm unable to watch them. Even after converting them to MP4, the playback shows a black screen with no visibility. I'm seeking suggestions or assistance to resolve this issue. My dog is missing, and reviewing the camera footage is crucial to understanding what happened. Any help would be appreciated.

1. What OS are you using?
2. What application are you using to view the files - a Windows app or a 3rd-party app?
   1. Have you tried VLC?
3. What did you use to convert the files from DAV to MP4?
