What's the problem? Was the problem on a device other than one you used to open
an account and start a topic here? Did the problem appear while using an IP address
different than the one you used to create this topic?

Send Buddy or me or any Moderator a PM (Personal Message) explaining your problem. You do this by clicking on their avatar which opens their profile. Here, in the top right corner, you will see a button 'Send me a message'. Clicking on this opens a box for your message and once you have written it just click 'Post'.
You will find that members on BC are reluctant to share email addresses.
