Hello, @monsteralien:
Sincere condolences for your loss.
Re: accessing your late daughter’s mobile phone --
Your request treads a bit close to the line of forum rules about bypassing security measures. And, at some computer sites, no such help is provided, since there is no way for forum helpers to verify the legitimate & rightful ownership of the device.
I will defer to the Moderator Team or others more expert in such matters
Once again, sincere condolences

Contact the manufacturer.

Firstly, sorry for your loss.
If the Google password is for the account tied to the Samsung phone then the photos should be synced to Google Photos. Login to Google Photos on any PC. If you can access Photos then you can also access Google Drive or any other Google service including Gmail.
Even Samsung cannot unlock the phone. They suggest a reset.

Hello everyone,
I do realize that the situation that my wife and I are in ,is almost unthinkable.
Believe me I wish, it was made up.
I have hooked it to my pc and it will not see the phone hooked up, (I assume because it is not unlocked?)
See had stopped putting her photos on google about a year ago, during her divorce. So that wont work.
I tried going through her google acct and samsung acct, to use the unlock my phone program.
I do have her passord to google and samsung, but the feature is not turned on in her phone. it shows the
phone location, but will not unlock it.
I have contacted samsung, they state only option is hard reset, which is against the whole reason for unlocking it
I can provide a death certificate to any one that will help me unlock the phone, precious memories are on it..
I have tried some of the possible pin#s, but it says i only have 4 tries left,,,,,,what then? will it lock up, will it delete the memory?
is there a way to get more attempts at the pin?
once again thank you for any help.

You might want to contact a professional data recovery service. Tell them your situation. They should tell you if it is at all possible.
One of the bigger ones is DriveSavers

Hello,
A few days ago ,i posted and asked for help. I guess it is unreasonable of me to ask that question.
All i want is to get the info off from my deceased daughters phone.....
Right now i have tried to enter a few pin numbers of possible ideas. however it says 4 tries left
it is a galaxy s22 ultra.
I would like to know what happens when, i reach the end of the last tries. will it delete the info on
the phone?
Is there a way to get more tries, I feel like I might be able to get it unlocked if I have enough tries.
I really do not want to lose the info, please help me .
thanks

Dean: Unfortunately, that is the whole point of security. If it were easy to break, then there would be no point in it.
I know that the above is no help to you.
However, most people keep a note of such things, somewhere. You know your daughter and so, you will have to search, high and low, for hints as to where she has hidden it.
If she is anything like me, the clues will be cryptic and probably hidden in plain sight.
The best of luck

At one point, I hid a password in the description at the bottom of an old postcard in a Folder of our family holidays, and cryptic clue was "Meer" The photo was one of several of the Boating Lake (The Mere) at Thorpness.

Good morning? Did you pull her phone logs? It used to do text messages too.
