I see that if this happens for Windows you can download bluestacks and run apps no problem.  Is there anything I can download for this chrome book??? Please help. Thank You

Because Chromebooks are so locked down I don't believe there is any workaround to play those apps on a Chromebook.

I was afraid you'd say that. Is it time to return this Chromebook and pick up a Windows laptop??? 🤔 I'm hearing I can download BlueStacks and run these apps no problem???

I don't have any experience with Bluestacks. It can run android apps but I can't say how well it run those two. You currently do not have a Windows computer?

You might want to pick up a cheap android phone to run those apps. Depending on how much you paid for the chromebook you could keep it as it's a secure platform for doing banking and email when you keep the number of apps to a minimum.

Good idea with the phones. I have an old windows desktop I can try the BlueStacks on. I'll see what happens and post it here.

I haven't any experience running Bluestack, but I have seen my friends using and it is running good. But Chromebook's are really not a good machine.

BlueStacks is a wonderful thing 😁👍👍👍

However thanks to some smart folks in here, who really helped me purchase a Windows 11 Laptop. I have been using that more these days with blue stacks. 😁

Thank You everyone

There are some apps that dont want to run on virtual machines or certain other environments (cross platform, multi OS). And it may not even be that.

It could also be that the licensing for given software that u trying to make work, is not legally aloud. Coould be that it isnt open source or certain libraries and services in that app u want to run, are incompatible or simply NOT aloud. U see this with programs that run native code.. Aka executables. And contrary to history, u can accidentally run some executables on a chromebook and mess things up to where no power washing will bring it back how it was before. My 2 cents...

Additionally, developers get to choose which devices and OS's they want their program to run on. So if they set some flag that dissallows it, and then u see that message, it's a good chance the developer was notified when u tried. if they change their mind you'll know because their app can sync from your play store library and auto install on your laptop
