Need advice, chromebook, usb and keyboard not registering

Hi, please can someone give me some advice?

I switched my chromebook on and the headphones weren't working when I plugged them in. So I thought it was a problem with the USB port. I unplugged the charger and to see if it would work in the other USB port and it didn't work. When I plugged the charger back into the other USB port that it was in originally, it didn't work either. I tried restarting my chromebook but now I can't even log in because the keyboard has stopped working as well so I can't type my password.

I am on my phone at the moment and not the best at explaining, but I hope I am making sense. Does anyone have any advice? I have had the chromebook for a couple of years now and never had this issue before so I'm really confused why everything has suddenly stopped working.

This was a hard reset using the refresh key and power button.
