I'm playing roblox and it runs 60 fps normally, then after 10 to 20 minutes it just stays at 40 fps and below. All my other games also follow this pattern, should I be concerned?

This might be because of overheating or thermal throttling
One or more of your component is thermal throttling
Also share your specs and how old it is so it can be helped better
should I be concerned?
Well can't really say until we can understand the problem

Last month I had a scan where it said a video heating component wasn't working, was that just some air or do i have to replace it

I don't really know, but lately the graphics of my games just keep on getting laggier and laggier.
