Okay so soon I am going to be building a new PC for myself but am thinking of snagging a few more dollars by selling my playstation 4.

I have the special orange and black edition, the Modern Warfare III version here with the game and a copy of Batman Arkham Knight.

I really dont want to go trade it at Gamestop as there is no cash for it only store credit so money is preferable.

The unit is in like new condition (I treat my equipment with respect and make sure it works properly) and I still have most of the original packaging for it (will need to rebag things like the power cord and all the accessories that came bundled with it)

If I have someone here willing to bite i will be be willing to work with them, just keep in mind I am in the States so do take that into note before buying.

I will post pictures of the unit tomorrow as its nighttime and I want good pictures of it to showcase it.

I even have a stand for it if that helps possibly boost the value.

Depending on the mileage, condition, accessories (controllers, stands are nearly worthless), included games, and version, it can vary a lot.

From what you said I would price it between $200-$300. That's if the condition matches what you said, and includes one or two controllers, the stand won't make any difference. Complete sets on eBay tend to move faster than incomplete sets, especially around Christmas time. Selling the PS4 with no controllers will lower the value substantially, a bit like selling a car with no wheels.

Batman Arkham Knight was a poorly received game compared with the other Batman Arkham games. It's also not from this year, so it won't make a big difference. Keep in mind, that game alone will only go for $10-$20. You may see copies on eBay for more, but they ain't pushin' them, it's not Christmas.

If you are going to sell the PS4 with the Batman game, you must include a controller. Otherwise buyers will see your price as having a hidden additional cost of $50.

The fact that the controller and console are special editions helps a lot. You can price the set against other special editions, which tend to run higher, sometimes in the ridiculous range. Since you can charge a non-ridiculous price for something rare it will move much faster. Plus you can charge considerably more, especially if it comes with Modern Warfare III. If not, eh, probably not a big deal except to a collector.

Considering how it is described, that sounds like a good price to me.

Good luck with the shipping costs!
