Country: UK
Platform: Windows CE on Binatone U505 Sat Nav
Map informastion: UK & ROI
NDrive version: v11.4.06

Following the last map update the Sat Nav will not start the Navigation app - displays a "Missing image file! For assistance visit: http://www.ndrive.com" during the Init. Security... phase.
If I connect the device to my Windows 10 Pro 64-bit PC running Windows Mobile Device Center V6.1.6965, and NPlus 64-bit version 1.50 NPlus sees the device, and on checking My Products it show the status as having NDrive v11.4.06 installed and an "out of date" State, with UK and ROI maps with OK State.
If I then chose to "Synchronise" and chose to "Download complete Install now?" it starts to download, then drops the connection to the device and displays a "Error installing updates CECloseHandle: An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket. (-2147014858)" message appears, which if I "OK" it then displays a "No device found!" message. I have to close NPlus and physically reconnect the device to get it to be seen again.
There is no SD card installed - so the software and maps are on the internal memory.
If I place an SD card from another device in the slot it will try to boot but the licence does not match - so would it be possible to copy the latest NDrive and Maps to an SD card and register this to my device? If so, how?
I have reported this to NDrive - but no response.
How can I get my Sat Nav working again?
