Garmin Express Won't Install

Garmin express would not uninstall. Created safe mode and uninstalled folder. Now will not install Garmin express. Running windows Vista, 32bit. Contacted Garmin support. They remotely trouble shot the cpu, said files scattered throughout my cpu, they could not get Garmin express to install. Maybe there is an alternate solution, to fix this problem to download Garmin express?
