Hello,

          I have a mio moov 614lm,   desktop 7.50.  when i plug into the usb win 7 says not recognised.  all usb ports are working,  my computer is 64 bit.  any help will be very much appreciated thanks.

this device wont connect to XP either .  it says device malfunctioned error 10.

Did you install the drivers on the computer for your GPS unit?

You'll have to navigate to the specific device for the download. It wouldn't let me copy the direct URL it defaults back to the main support page.

hi thanks for the reply,  i installed the disc they sent , thats all ive done, just one thing i noticed all the drivers in device manager are system 32 if that means anything,  i run win 7 64 bit.   but there again all my other devices run ok.

There should not be any issues running s 32 bit application on your 64 bit machine with the proper drivers. I would contact mio support and ask them what you can do or if there are known issues with what you are trying to do.
