Suggest me the best photo editing tool - Sanjay Pasari

Please suggest me the best photo editing tool which I can use for my art.

Photoshop is great, but if you don't want to pay for it, you can use the free online alternative Photopea, which offers almost all of the features that Photoshop does

Irfanview is user friendly and may be a good place to start.  It was my go to program.  Now I use Gimp because it is a more capable program but has a steeper learning curve.

The most suitable editor will depend very much on what your "art" consists of.

Photoshop and the GIMP (the GNU Image Manipulation Program) are both raster graphics editors, although they do have different work-flows. Many people get so used to one OR the other, they have great difficulty in using the alternative. Personally, I've used both alongside each other for over 15 years, and am so used to the pair of them I can switch editors mid-project without missing a beat.

For general 'playing around' with photos, there's a ton of suitable apps out there.....though MY favourite has to be PhotoScape, from Mooi Tech.

I just need to make the point here that you need to read the TOS of the Free Websites.  Using their services could result in the loss of your ownership of the photo.

For a cost effective alternative to Photoshop there is Corel Paint Shop Pro.  Been around long enough and is a great alternative and lots of on-line information and videos.

There are many out there, paid and free, and now with the advent of AI it has become easy to do complex operations almost automatically. I use Photoshop because it is good, but also because I know the program without being an expert. The thought of trying out another program and learn to use it, is quite frankly time consuming, so it is important to make a decision about which one to choose as quickly as possible.

The good thing about Photoshop is that there are free tutorials online for just about any operations one can imagine, and the paid subscription is very reasonable indeed, giving you the possibility to install 10 photo-related programs with the photography plan including Lightroom Classic and Lightroom cloud based. Another plus, the license is good for 2 computers as long as they are not used simultaneously...
