I want a Photo Editor;

Feature 1) It batch crop pages. (I want to see the cropped area on a page. Not just writing the coordinates of the page and It crops blindly like on IrfanView)

Feature 2) I want It is either free or one-time purchase.

Feature 3) (Optional) I want to batch darken the colors of the letters on the pages scanned. Which adjustment should I change to do that?

Check out Affinity Photo.  You can batch edit/process.  It's a one time purchase of $70.00 but it rivals Photoshop in a lot of ways.  Also, Photopea is a free, web based editor that can batch edit as well.
