Hi there, my first post so I'm going to (*edit, try to) hit all the basics described. In brief, I'm having difficulty with my video playback while streaming online. It's typically while binging, so if I'm going from show to show for a few hours after a while the video and audio start getting choppy and lag. I think it's what's happening in the background (usually the "Antimalware Service Executable" is dominant, but it's running now too so I'm not sure if it's scanning late at night or not), could be malware but haven't located any with the Windows Security app (could be the issue too), video settings, or whatever. I just need to start to diagnose what's happening, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Below are the details I think you need, if you need anything else just let me know. Thanks!

Browser: Firefox Version 127.0.1 (64-bit) (have tried other Chrome and Edge, don't think it's the browser)
