Hi All:

My name is Rick Kellogg. I have worked at Fox Automotive for 27 years. We have a Chevrolet, Toyota, and VW stores in Rochester Hills. MI..

The Cyber attack on CDK has essentially took car dealers, about 50% of them anyway, back to the 1980's in terms of how we handle everyday processes.  It is back to pen and paper, and typewriters again. Really slows everything to a crawl especially vehicle delivery paperwork.  Hopefully, CDK has paid the ransom and will be getting things back up and running again. Also hopeful, there has been nothing hidden in the CDK software, like a back door, that will hit the 15,000 dealers who use it daily. Fingers Crossed.
