Car Fm Transmitter and old mp3 usb player?

Would these 2 be compatible with each other?

 

I'm removing my smartphone from my life, I did use it for music with my FM transmitter (the one in the link) with Bluetooth and a usb charger/port..

 

Would one of these mp3 files be compatible, since both have usb ports, would it play music into the car?
