Are there any civilian jobs that a Network Systems Administrator can take?

Or did I just waste my life?

After 15 years 60k of my student loans are finally being forgiven...  15 years of homelessness since ITT Tech went down.  Now I think I've wasted my life.... I've never even had a gf.

Think outside the box.  Nearly every business has a network as do large corporations.  There are also non-profits that have networks such as libraries.

Other examples:

Fast food businesses: McD's, Taco Bell, Burger King to name a few

Medical: pharmacies, hospitals, nursing care facilities

Schools, universities public and private

Utility companies

There are many more

May need to add to your learning as threat protection is going to be a very large industry.    As well all US Infrastructure is under attack so need for workers should only get larger.

Just a thought.

Can always think about other countries that might be in need of your expertise.  Some where sunny and property costs and food are on the low end of the scale.

Spanish, Portuguese or Italian or here where I am if have Cantonese or Mandarin good work opportunities.

Just a thought.
