Not really sure a response to this posted question should be made.  Member is fairly new and that there is first and only posting.

What is that , "intellectual capital"?  You say what you mean by that, and done rightly, then  someone maybe even I could answer.

"Intellectual capital includes human capital, information capital, brand awareness, and instructional capital. Businesses can increase intellectual capital by hiring better employees, conducting training programs for employees, and developing new patents."

My initial on board response was likely not what should have been done.  I felt I should give the question a chance instead of "Report" the initial posting.

A google search:

https://destinationsinternational.org/intellectual-capital-certificate-program

Looking like a MBA.

Also looks like a lot of jargon.

This seems clearer:

https://www.investopedia.com/terms/i/intellectual_capital.asp

What Is Intellectual Capital?

Intellectual capital is the value of a company's employee knowledge, skills, business training, or any proprietary information that may provide the company with a competitive advantage.
