MacBook pro 2011 will not load even after reinstall

Ok so my MacBook Pro 2011 will not boot past the apple logo. I've tried a drive swap, formatted and reinstalled TWICE, disabling the AMD GPU,SMC reset, NVRAM reset etc.

How do I get it going again? 😢

It's 13 years old, maybe it has just decided its done working.

Just an update. It loads into safe mode no problem.
