Update Powershell from within Powershell without needing to go to Github

Open Powershell as Administrator & From the Prompt : Copy/Paste : winget upgrade powershell May get a error if not logged into MS as wants to send country to the MS Store though a Simple Yes / No comes up and Y will update it to current version.

Everyone should be updating Powershell for Security reasons even if do not use it.
