I have the same version of Firefox (115) in Windows and Linux Mint.  In Windows, FF, Yahoo search loads with a list of page numbers at the bottom to navigate, which is what I want.  In Linux, FF, Yahoo search has a load-more button to load and load and load and load, and this is an extreme annoyance.  How do I get the page navigation to show?  I do not find such settings on the Yahoo page.

Thanks.

I don't know what is happening so I can only offer guesses for you to explore.  Looks like something is affecting third-party JavaScripts, so perhaps there's an extension that is different.  Perhaps your security or other settings are different.  Let us know what you find out.  It's interesting.

Good luck!

In Windows FF, javascript runs on any other page.  For example, Duckduckgo search page does not at all offer page navigation and it works (the loading more and more).

When I'm talking about "third-party JavaScripts", I'm not talking about an ON/OFF parameter. JavaScript has a very large pool of code to choose from, and what is important for you is what Yahoo is actually using.

Where is this "third-party JavaScripts" coming from?  Yahoo.com?

These third-party JavaScripts are used by Yahoo, and coming from third-parties.  You can see for yourself if you have a browser extension like NoScript.
