Had you used VMWare you wouldn't be having this issue, and the above link should be accessible without any legal restriction. So, if you are using a VPN or anything else, please disable it.

Why can't you do it? Are you using VPN's? if so disable them and try again.

I am not using VPN..I get the same screen after every tried

I've been using VirtualBox for YEARS, so I don't understand this "You will hate it" comment.  It's true that I don't use it to run Win10 or Win11.  I keep my old Windows (no Windows Updates what so ever), if it ain't broke, don't fix it attitude.  So, the new Microsoft releases may cause issues.  Duck Duck Go searches show some Win11 hang issues, and users found a workaround while VirtualBox fix the problem.  Plus VirtualBox is still free and I don't have to create an account to install it.
