Aging newbie needs a local website building app. ( Ex-Frontpage )

I've stated -  at least twice-  that I am leaving my current hosts.  That means that there is absolutely no point in me telling you who they are.  I thought that that should be abundantly clear by now. 

Would you quit asking me to name them, please-  and help me if you are able-  or simply tell me if the problem is as far beyond you as it is beyond me and I'll ask elsewhere.  That's not to say that I'm not grateful for your efforts to date-  but this repetition is not helpful at all. 

It is not far beyond, I host my own server and have been doing so for the last 24 years. The questions I have asked for valid and relevant for me and others to assist you.

As I have stated FTP is greatly depreciated which will REQUIRE you to edit in Frontpage, and then go through another application that supports your NEXT HOST infrastructure and uploading protocols these are not limited to the following:

FTP with SSL/TLS
SFTP - FTP over SSH
cPanel
and more....


And there are over 1000 hosts out there to pick from and my questions are there to better assist.

Also what is your budget.

No worries-  I've found one.  It was much simpler than I imagined.
