I explain the news:
Doctor Web takes on all of its employees only if they pass the test profiling.
They must have no direct or indirect relationship with criminals or cyber criminals.
Doctor Web today has 350 employees people.
It 'a company with 8 offices worldwide.
Instead of spending money on the formula 1.
Instead of spending money on the comparison portals (where you spend more and have more performance)
Doctor web spends in research laboratories to fight the malicious agent.
Today only the criptowall 3 there are two engineers who try every day to open the server.
This clarity for (among other things also Kaspersky is Russian)
in Russia there are many cyber criminals but none have any relationship with the brand antivirus.
decryptolocker.it and owned by Italian www.s-mart.biz distributors of DrWeb.
It offers a service in Italy for those who can not decrypt the files affected by cryptolocker.
It has access to the platform decryption of Doctor Web.
also it offers a remote desktop customers for help.
We also helped users Italians but we can not do more.
Here there are no suspects.
There's just people that helped users who lost data.

Once again, our issue is that the user can go to Dr.Web and pay a much smaller amount for the same service if they wish. I do not see any pricing on decryptolocker.it anymore. Are you no longer charging for this service?

If you are charging, maybe be up front and disclose the costs involved and explain where these costs come from?

If you are charging more than the cost of the license, maybe also include why you are charging more and what they get from it? Otherwise, if the user just wants the key, then just charge the license fee and make your commission from sale of the license.

I have spoken with Dr.Web and was was told there is no "platform" that 3rd party vendors could gain access to. They could get access to a special license that has priority decryption services. You stated in the past that you could customize the decryption routine yourself. This contradicts what I am being told by Dr.Web.

I'm sorry but it's true
and I can prove it in real time with an encrypted file .... when you want!
for customizing we act on the te225pass going edited depending on the size of the file to decrypt.
For our service we ask 35 euro and we help with teamviewer and by phone. Often we are launching the tool on all machines.
I hope I was clear.
I'm tired of reading that we did not give answers ...
if you want we can try tomorrow in real time: one minute for the key.
What I responded to you will be a "political response"
Russians are very reserved and suspicious

Well someone is not being honest with me. Whether it's Dr.Web or you, I can't answer.

Regardless, maybe disclose the cost on your site so people do not think its a free service?

Personally, I have no issue with people charging for a service as long they disclose what the user is actually getting and being up front about what the extra costs are for. Someone can then make an educated decision.

you are wrong.
You can ask all those who have served us:
the first email we say clearly the cost
then when we finished the job .... if the customer is no longer interested you owe us nothing

So, whats the general consensus here? I have a computer infected by crypt0l0cker, would getting dr.web antivirus license benefit me in any way to solve it? is it proven that they can indeed fix it?

Edit, ok I now read about Dr.Web new policy only treating people that were already paid customers when infected.
