Can you try the monitor on another device like an Xbox or ps5 or another pc?

Don't have extra monitor. I tried pulling the cable that connects to GPU and the problem still persist, safe to assume monitor has problem?

I had asked if you have another device to try this monitor on not if you had an extra monitor.

No I don't

Do you have any extra cables, or can you go buy a new cable to change out?

How much do you value this PC? At the present it is unlikely that the information on the Hard Drive has been corrupted.

Is it old, is it newish, cheap, expensive, whatever. We know nothing about it. More would help

We're working on the assumption that it's a graphics problem.

Have you ever opened a PC? Have you ever cleaned the dust out of it?

I will try to find a cable. So Its safe to assume that its either the power cable or the monitor is the problem?

I already clean reinstalled gpu. I even disconnected the DVI cable that connects the monitor and gpu and the problem persist.

I would also like to add that closing the monitor for like 5 minutes makes the problem go away. I really suspect the monitor

100% likely the cause.
