Did you get it ?
I only know that I know nothing.

Right Click the speakers entry. Select Properties. Under the Details tab click the dropdown box and select Hardware IDs. Copy and paste the first line into your post.
Do the same thing for the input line.

That doesn't look normal. I was looking for a Hardware and Vendor ID.

I trust you. I just was expecting a vendor and device ID as shown in the link. I think this is why you are not getting any sound. What is the make and model of the computer or if a custom build the make and model of the motherboard.
Edit: Another thing that is strange. Your Sound Category says "Audio Inputs and outputs" but normally it would be Sound, video and game controllers.

If I do the same operation for sound and video drivers I get this
I only know that I know nothing.

The PC is an HP Z200 workstation, with Intel Xeon inside.
I only know that I know nothing.

That is a Realtek chipset. Your support page only shows drivers for up to Windows 7.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-z200-workstation/4100568
Go to the below link and download the Realtek HD audio driver for Windows 10 64bit. R2.83 258MB 2024/02/19. Create a Restore Point first before installing the driver.
https://www.realtek.com/Download/List?cate_id=593&menu_id=298
Reboot. If you still have no sound then I am out of ideas, sorry.
Edit: I forgot to mention one thing. After the reboot and if you still have no sound open control panel. Select Large Icons in the dropdown box. You should see an icon for Realtek. Changing some setting in the Realtek HD manager may get you sound.
