Whats your favourite console?

for me, that is too tough to limit to one if you permit me to say so and the following, which is that there are so many fond memories of joy with numerous consoles such as sega genesis, nintendo, super nintendo, n64 and, even, others such as gamecube and dreamcast.

yeah, Xboxs are pretty sweet, but the earlier consoles just seem to be so much funner and, even, the games, which might be an instance of rosy retrospection, but I'd humbly not say so. I'd say after n64, the drop off for me was observable, especially after gamecube and dreamcast, but fortunately, pc gaming as been there all the while.

I still have my original snes and genesis, which both still work just fine.

For me , I would say the PS1.. the "garden of eden" for most console games.. Most games today was made great with this console. I grew up with this system, having played Resident evil, final fantasy and metal gear to name a few. I know these games was made originaly from consoles of the past but they were made timeless ( dare I say it ) on PS1.
Then came the ps2. with it's huge library of games and on the time where sequels were good till it became rampant.. still these 2 are in the TOP of my list.
Psp doesn't par up with it's "portability" to be honest, I just use it to play old ps1 games. Gamewise, game titles are just either remakes.. original games are few.
For the ps3, its still in it's early years. its top games are mostly sequels/prequels. It has yet to show IMHO its capability.

I have my best memories with PS2 - but the best games I have played on PS4

I also have a fondness for the SNES

SEGA was my favorite console back in those days, when i was young and kind.

The PS3 has to be my favourite one, great game library and a homebrew beast ontop, definitively one worth getting nowdays

The same - I have the warmest memories of the PS3. It was much better than the competition, lots of games and the last console that allowed for a co-op game (split screen)

Mine is ATARI 2600 followed by Colecovision (YES IM A CLASSIC GAMER)

I love games from the 80s..... Ms. Pacman being my favourite
