When you get right down to it, almost any sturdy flat surface at an appropriate height, that is long and wide enough for your computing efforts is going to fit the bill.
The chair....now that's one that is personal and not all will work well if you use them a lot, long term comfort being the issue and we're not all the same size shape and fitness.
I found my current chair at a Staples and I wasn't even looking for one.
It was a gaming chair on sale and it was plush. The floor display was so comfortable, a guy and his lady friend noticed I was smiling as i tried it out. So he gave it go.
We both left the store with new chairs.
My sister saw mine, tried it out and bought one.
So, chairs are important and the way to get one that fits your needs the best is to test them out before buying. Just because they look similar doesn't mean they are equally comfortable
It's been 5 years and I still love this one.......

Get a chair with wheels and has variable height.
Most folding tables are made for the Catering Industry (mainly for Banqueting use), so will be a standard height and as narrow as the manufacturer thinks he will find purchasers

Okay so where do you put your laptop then? Yea if it is 3 monitors like that and you are at most 3 feet away, that seem comfortable. Also you don't find 4k on 27' too small? I use 4k on 32' and I heard 4k on 32' is ideal. And that 27' is too small and 43' is too big.

Running 3 Monitors from a Laptop is going to be stretching its Graphics capabilities to the limit
3 Monitors is usually a Gamers thing or sometimes for Graphics designers.
You'll get more bang for your buck, from a Desktop

Different uses are going to reflect different setups.
While my cousin's son was pretending to be a day trader, he had an array of monitors.
In his case, a waste of money.
I only need one.
Several desktops and a KVM.

Okay so in the photo, you have your laptop in that spot but the lid closed so thus you can look at all 3 monitors. For some reason, I didn't think about that.
My laptop has a 3050 graphics card. I have used 2 monitors for a long time. I do use the laptop intensively with the monitors.
I use a laptop because I can use it to travel so I haven't used a desktop in more than a decade. I been using laptops ever since. I have a dell xps 15 9520 laptop.

With the lid closed, now you need a keyboard.

I love my 18" default mode display. It almost fills my field of view. I was happier with 14" but they don't build these kinds of monitors anymore.
