Who did you get your passport from, because if I understand correctly passport photos are all pretty much standard in size.

With regard to your question, no I didn't include a link in the word report and no I didn't write the word report either.

I can confirm that at the time I responded to the OP, their initial post did not contain any link nor the word "report".

I attempted to refresh the thread (to check for follow-up questions from the OP) shortly after posting. I also received a message stating the message was not accessible.

(Before seeing the note in this thread, I erroneously concluded the OP had realized they mixed up their photo dimensions and deleted the thread)

Thank you for the clarification.

Huge thanks to all involved in clarifying the situation regarding the error that occurred early in the thread.  It's a relief to know that I'm not going senile just yet!

I still haven't resolved my problem though

I think that your problem may be caused by a misunderstanding on your part.

Now, I am not totally sure of the exact wording of their request but, any 'computer' generated photo that you send them, can be displayed and/or printed, at their end, at any size they wish.

You send them a Passport sized photo and they could display it in a doorway 8 foot by 6 foot. It might be slightly pixilated but otherwise it would be fine.

I suggest you re-read the request or, maybe get someone else to read it that hasn't spoken to you about it.

It also might be a file size issue as well.
