No problem and no hurry. My biggest concern was lmalware and I think we have ruled that out so the other issues are not as concerning but still want to address them.

The Event Viewer Application report is not capturing the event. In addition, there was an issue with the Process Monitor report.

I would like to try the below.

You will need to repeat the FRST Fix portion of the instructions until you receive the app preventing shutdown screen. If the pop up does not appear the first time allow the computer to shut down, restart, then run the Fix portion again. Repeat as necessary until the pop up appears then run the FullEventLogView step.

===================================================

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool Fix

--------------------
  • Right click on the FRST64 icon and select Run as administrator
  • Highlight the below information then hit the Ctrl + C keys at the same time and the text will be copied
  • There is no need to paste the information anywhere, FRST64 will do it for you
Start::
EmptyEventLogs:
cmd: tasklist
End::
  • Click Fix
  • When completed the tool will create a log on the desktop called Fixlog.txt. Please copy and paste the contents of the file in your reply.
  • Manually shut down your computer and when the app preventing shutdown screen appears click Cancel
  • After you Cancel run the below
===================================================

FullEventLogView by Nirsoft

--------------------
  • Download FullEventLogView by Nirsoft and save it to your Desktop
  • Right click on the folder, select Extract All... and extract the folder onto your Desktop
  • Open the fulleventlogview-x64 folder, right click on FullEventLogView (Application), then select Run as administrator
  • Monitor the lower left hand corner of the screen until the Loading... no longer appears and an item(s) total is listed
  • Click Edit, then Select All
  • Click File, then Save Selected Items
  • Save the file onto your Desktop as NirsoftEV.txt
  • Please zip and upload the file here
===================================================

Things I would like to see in your next reply. Please be sure to copy and paste any requested log information unless you are asked to attach it.
