Not specifically what you request, but something you may consider, Wine.

https://www.winehq.org/

It lets you run Windows applications in Linux.  Unfortunately, it doesn't work well with all Windows applications.

To have the real deal, VirtualBOX.  Surely you must have heard of it before.  (If not, were you on Mars? :grinner:)

https://www.virtualbox.org/

It lets you install a real Windows OS inside your Linux environment.  Read the installation guide from them because this gem of a software offers so many possibilities.

By the way, both are all free to install, but donations (to them) are welcome. :thumbup2:

So with Ubuntu, you can install VirtualBOX from a package provided by the maintainers of Ubuntu.  Linux does have a "little" learning curve.  Just look for your system app to install other apps.  VirtualBOX should be listed in those choices.  Good luck!

Keep in mind Sercure Boot will need to be off so you can you install and run virtualbox, however, I recommend and use VMWare Workstation Pro as it is far easier to use and supports Windows 10 and 11. It also has better hardware acceleration and allows for Webcams and other devices to work within the VM.

Before installing Windows 11, please make sure that you meet the system requirements on the HOST as that is the etermining factor. You will need TPM 2.0 Support enabled in VMWare.
